The Acoustic Earpiece - PTT & Mic - Motorola CP040, has a clear tube that links to the ear and has a separate press to talk (PTT) and microphone This earpiece can be used in an overt or covert role

It fits the standard 2-pin Motorola radios.

The PTT block enables you to wear the radio anywhere on the body, including the belt, and for you to mount the block in a convenient place to use. The PTT and mic block has a strong metal clip on the back making it ideal for clipping to the chests of duty vests.

In a covert role, the radio can be worn out of sight while the PTT and mic block can be worn under clothing near the neck.
